Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Sable Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
