Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
