Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wren Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 709 people based in Providence. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
