Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Providence producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
