Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Providence, RI)

Greenridge Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Providence, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Providence. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
