Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Providence, RI)

Highbridge Lantern Pharma develops and makes medicines in Providence. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
