Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Portland, OR)

Cedar Haven Insurance is an insurance company in Portland with claims and service teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
