Foxglove Union Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Portland working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
