Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Timber Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
