Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Cedar Wren Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
