Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Lakeside Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
