Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Foxglove Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
