Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Ridge Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for device records. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
