Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Greenridge Orchard Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Pittsburgh serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
