Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Rowan Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Pittsburgh, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
