Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Harbor Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
