Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Sparrow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Pittsburgh focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
