Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fox Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
