Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Pike Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Phoenix, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
