Westbrook Loom Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
