Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Pike Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Phoenix, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
