Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Umber Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
