Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Bright Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
