Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Phoenix, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
