Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Ivory Foods is a Phoenix food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 290 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
