Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
