Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight River Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
