Cedar Mill Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Philadelphia focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets.
