Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Corner Construction Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 848 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
