Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Yarrow Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Orlando, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
