Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Rook Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
