Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Union Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Omaha. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
