Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Omaha, NE)

Nova Drift Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Omaha serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
