Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Omaha region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
