Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Bright Financial is a financial-services company in Omaha. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
