Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Sable Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Omaha, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
