Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Omaha, NE)

Bright Iron Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Omaha. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
