Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Summit Loom Insurance Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
