Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Glen Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
