Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oakland, CA)

Westbrook Drift Care Services supports families and individuals in Oakland with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
