Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oakland, CA)

Highbridge Stone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Oakland design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
