Redstone Fern Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Oakland design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
