Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oakland, CA)

Clearpath Cross Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
