Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove Orchard Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Oakland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
