Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oakland, CA)

Redstone Basin Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oakland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 407 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
