Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove Loom Construction Group is a Oakland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
