Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Sable Water Authority Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
