Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oakland, CA)

Silverline Fern Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
