Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Juniper Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
