Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (New Orleans, LA)

Bright West Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across New Orleans. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
